SOVEREIGN STAR brings together the export strength of the government of the United Kingdom through Export Credits Guarantee Department (ECGD) and the private sector through its parents company’s shareholders which include the Bank of Montreal, HSBC Bank, Canada, Royal Bank of Canada, and National Bank of Canada.
